You want to work with this company as a client or an employee.  Ricardo, Naomi, and Jennifer listen!  Ricardo explains the process and clearly outlines which party does what.  Somehow they all know where we are in the process.  They focus on physical safety with harnesses for steep roofs and an observer for tall ladders.  They use contractor's discounts at leading paint suppliers.  The preparation for painting was extensive on my house.  2 days.  Painting trim and body, then porch ceiling and floor.  2 days.  Detail and touch up.  1 day.   The neighborhood is still commenting on how good it looks.  If you read the write-up here, they can do the wall behind the paint, too.  Nice. We engaged Ric’s to patch a hole in a plaster wall of our old Craftsman house. We were very pleased with the job that Ricardo did, assisted by Naomi. They were so polite and were able to come out the first point that I was available. His work was very high quality, fast, and worth the money. He made recommendations on how he best thought repairs should be done correctly and explained in detail the work to be performed. Excellent work at a reasonable price from a family—run business.
Our 110 year old house was long overdue for a paint job. The final result has gotten admiring compliments from neighbors and many passers-by.
Ricardo did extensive prep, any needed small carpentry repairs, and thorough cleanup.
The painting was done with meticulous detail. (see downspout photo)
Started on time (a day early actually), and the job was completed in less time than predicted.
Very communicative throughout process.
Gave advice on products and exterior finish choices.
Arranged the painting/masking schedule so we could maintain some open-window ventilation every evening.
Worked around a lot of trees and plants in our yard without harming anything.

We hired Ric's CV Painting and Repair for some drywall repair and interior painting and we are so happy with the work they did!  They were very detail oriented, efficient and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. I really appreciated that they cleaned up the work area really well when they were done. They respected our yard, did not drip any paint, and cleaned up completely after each day of prepping and painting.

Ricardo and his team at Ric's CV were a dream to work with from the start. Everything he said he would do he did, and met our timelines every time. From when he'd have a quote to when he'd be available, to how long it would take - all spot on and accurate.

The project was to paint the exterior of our 3 level house, 3000+ sq ft house, and sand/stain our patio decking, as well as our 6 ft privacy fence and 12 foot accent wall. All of the work was done with an attention to detail that was top notch. They taped and masked perfectly and sprayed the house with good paint and great coverage.

A couple notes about Ric's CV that put them over the top for me. They power washed a moss covered brick wall for us at no charge, just because they could. They chased down the stain and paint when store inventory was troublesome. Ric caught differences in what was quoted at the paint shop vs what was needed (internal vs external paint, paint for wood vs concrete) and lastly and maybe most impressive to me, is that Ric's cleanup left my yard looking better than it was when they arrived.

All communication was easy and direct. Transparency right here: his quote was middle of the pack for our project, but the initial meeting felt different and my gut was right. Ric treats all his jobs as jobs he wants, and he wants to impress the client at every point in the process after winning the job. Totally refreshing for a contractor to take this much pride in his business.

We can’t say enough good things about Ric’s CV Painting & Repair. Ric & Naomi were wonderful to work with and did an amazing job bringing our very old home back to life. They repaired and rebuilt much of our homes trim, moldings, front porch, and side deck. All of the peeling shake siding, doors, and trim were hand scraped sanded and primed before painting began. The results of their meticulous workmanship are just beautiful. We had a great experience working with this company and highly recommend them.
